We are reaching out to remind you of The Annual General Meeting of REC Silicon ASA (REC), which will be held as a digital meeting on June 25, 2025, at 13:00 CEST.

REC is in a challenging situation, both operationally and financially and will in our view need substantial and immediate support going forward. As the company's largest shareholder and creditor, Hanwha strongly believes that maintaining continuity and stability at the board level is essential during this critical period for REC Silicon.

While Hanwha supports the current governance structure, we note that any material change to the composition of the board may require a reassessment of our position and level of support going forward.

We encourage all shareholders to make their own assessment, participate and use their vote in the upcoming AGM on 25 June 2025.

The deadline for registering attendance, granting a proxy or to deliver advance votes is Monday 23 June at 16:00 CEST.
