The Management Board of ENERGA SA ("Company") hereby publishesinformation about the Company's Management Board Members appointed onthe date of 21 March 2016 by the Company's Supervisory Board for thefifth term of office.

Przemysław Piesiewicz - Vice-President of the Management Board forStrategy DevelopmentGraduate of the Faculty of Management andEconomics of Services at the University of Szczecin, Faculty ofPolitical Science and International Relations at the University of theHumanities and Journalism in Poznań and post-graduate studies onEuropean Union finance at the University of Business and Administrationin Gdynia. Since 2006 he has been closely affiliated with the powersector. In 2006 he assumed the function of Vice-President of theManagement Board at the Słupsk Hydro Power Plant and in 2008 he becamethe Vice-President of the Management Board and Director of the PR andMarketing Department at Elnord SA. From 2008 to 2010 he was the Directorof Marketing and Development at Eurowind Holding SA. In 2010 he becamethe President of the Management Board of 3 Wings Sp. z o. o. and in 2013he became the Managing Director of Edon Sp. z o.o. Previously, he servedas a Supervisory Board member in the following companies: STK SSA CzarniSłupsk, Międzynarodowe Centrum Szkolenia Energetyki Sp. z o.o. andElnord SA. Power sector expert in the National Development Council,Member of the Executive Board of the Association of Energy Trading.

Mariola Anna Zmudzińska - Vice-President of the Management Board forInvestor Relations

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the NicolausCopernicus University in Toruń. Completed the MBA Post-GraduateManagement Studies offered by the Gdańsk Foundation for ManagementEducation, the University of Gdańsk and Institut d'Administration desEntreprises - Universite Paul Cezanne - Aix - Marseille III. In 1993 shestarted her career in the Regional Development Agency in Włocławek.After that, she managed a private business for ten years cooperatingwith the largest companies in Poland. From July 2006 to August 2007 shewas the President of the Management Board of Kongres Sp. z o.o. FromJuly 2006 until August 2008 she was President of the Management Board ofMiędzynarodowe Centrum Szkolenia Energetyki Sp. z o.o. She prepared theconsolidation of training companies in the Energa Group. Since 2009 shehas worked as Director of the Conference and Training Center at theUniversity of Gdańsk. She cooperates with the Scientific Society ofOrganization and Management. She lectured/delivered training there oncorporate image building, communication, entrepreneurship and businessrisk. She coordinated and ran projects co-funded by the European SocialFund, Human Capital Operation Program, EQUAL, Leonardo da Vinci,including a project entitled "Occupational training for the power sectorduring transformation".Author of articles on law and entrepreneurship.She cooperates with Studia Humanistica Gedanensia and employerorganizations domiciled in Pomerania.

None of the Company's Management Board Members mentioned above isengaged in any business competitive to that of ENERGA SA, participatesin a competitive entity as a partner in a civil law company orpartnership or as a member of a corporate authority of a joint stock orlimited liability company and does not participate in any othercompetitive legal person as a member of its corporate authority, or islisted in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to theNational Court Register Act.
