In reference to the event described in current report no. 14/2016 theENERGA SA Management Board (Company, Issuer) announces that startingwith the report for Q1 2016 the definition of EBITDA used by the Companywill be modified.

The new definition is as follows:

EBITDA - Operating profit / loss plus depreciation and amortization andimpairment losses for non-financial non-current assets.

This modification chiefly aims to enhance transparency and simplifyanalyses by ensuring comparability for the key parameter in the industryin which the Issuer and its Group function.
