Selection of the entity authorized to review and audit individual andconsolidated financial statements of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A.for 2016.

Legal basis: Art. 56.1.2 of the Act on Public Offering - current andperiodical information

Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. (hereinafterreferred to as "Company") hereby informs that the Company's SupervisoryBoard, acting pursuant to Art. 27.1, Item 4 of the Company's Articles ofAssociation, adopted on April 25, 2016 a resolution on selectingPricewaterhouse Coopers Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw at al. Armii Ludowej14 to review and audit the Company's individual and consolidatedfinancial statements for 2016.

Pricewaterhouse Coopers Sp. z o.o. is listed under No. 144 in theregister of entities authorized to audit financial statements kept bythe National Chamber of Statutory Auditors. The Company used theservices of the said entity to the extent of reviewing and auditing theCompany's individual and consolidated financial statements for 2014 and2015.

The procedure of selecting the statutory auditor has been conducted inaccordance with existing professional regulations and standards,including with Regulation No. 34 of the Minister of Treasury ofSeptember 29, 2008 on rules and procedure of selecting statutoryauditors to audit financial statements of companies with Treasury'sstake.
