Re: Inside Information – The investment budget 2016

Tatry mountain resorts, a.s. with its headquarters in Demänovská dolina 72, 031 01 Liptovský Mikuláš, the Slovak Republic IČO: 31 560 636 (the "Company", "TMR") pursuant to Article 45 of the Slovak Act No. 429/2002 Coll. on Securities Stock Exchange, as amended, hereunder reports the following regulated information:

Tatry mountain resorts, a.s. (TMR) announced on May 2, 2016 that in the current calendar year it plans to invest EUR 44 million as CAPEX into development of its existing operations. Over EUR 23 million will be invested into its Slovak operations. The key investments are as follows:

• A new 15-person gondola will be added in the Jasná resort at Mt. Chopok South (at Krupová) for EUR 14 million
• The first phase of the real estate project Jasná Center will be built for EUR 368 thousand
• A new hotel will be finished by the end of this year as part of Jasná Center for EUR 4.6 million by reconstructing an administration office building, "the Old Post Office"
• Aquapark Tatralandia will get a surfing simulator for EUR 2.9 million
• In the Vysoké Tatry resort 44 rooms of Grandhotel Praha will get renovated and a new outlet branch of Tatry Motion will be added to Starý Smokovec for EUR 750 thousand

The remaining CAPEX of around EUR 20 million will be directed at TMR's Polish operations as follows:

• For estimated EUR 8 million Szczyrkowski Ośrodek Narciarski S.A. (SON) will get a new snowmaking system; dining facilities; sports stores; rentals; ski equipment service; new cash desks; etc.
• TMR will invest over EUR 11 million to Śląskie Wesołe Miasteczko (Silesian Amusement Park), specifically to a new theme design; attractions- such as a 50 m tall roller coaster; entry gate; dining; and stores
