Repealing resolution adopted by the Energa SA Management Board in 2012to halt the execution of the project to build a new power unit inOstrołęka

The Management Board of ENERGA SA ("Company") reports that on 24 May2016 it adopted a resolution repealing the resolution halting theexecution of the project to build a new power unit in Ostrołęka, whichwas adopted in September 2012 by the Company's Management Board at thattime.

The purpose of relaunching the project is to achieve readiness to beginthe process of selecting a general contractor for the modern 1000 MWcoal power plant.

Simultaneously, the Company will take action to:

- secure a strategic investor or a co-investor, which is necessary dueto the scale of the investment project,

- work out a recommended Project financing structure.

The above information is an update to Current Report No. 41/2014 on theENERGA Group Investment Program, which included the Ostrołęka C projectas an investment option.
