Dividend for FY2015

Legal basis: Article 56.1.2 of the Act on Public Offering - currentand periodical information

The Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. (the"Company") informs that on June 22, 2016, the Ordinary General Meetingof the Company, under resolution 7 on distribution of FY2015 profit andsetting the dividend record date and dividend payment date, allocated atotal amount of PLN 19.623.553,74, i.e. PLN 0.42 per share, for adividend for shareholders. The dividend covers 46,722,747 shares of theCompany. Under the resolution, the Ordinary General Meeting of theCompany set the dividend record date for August 17, 2016, and thedividend payment date for August 31, 2016.
