Changes to the Composition of the Company's Supervisory Board

Legal basis: Article 56.1.2 of the Act on Public Offering - currentand periodical information

The Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. (the"Company") hereby informs that on June 22, 2016, the Ordinary GeneralMeeting of Shareholders dismissed Ms. Marzena Kusio as Member of theSupervisory Board and appointed Ms. Kinga Śluzek as Member of theSupervisory Board.

Kinga Śluzek is a graduate of the Department of Marketing and Managementof the Kozminsky University and of the Economic Faculty of the NationalDefense University. Ms. Śluzak has worked at the Ministry of Treasurysince 1996. She currently works at the Department of Key Companies. Hertasks include ownership supervision over financial and capital marketcompanies. For the past several years, she has been responsible forownership supervision over financial institutions. She has many years ofexperience in serving on supervisory boards of companies with theTreasury's stake.

Ms. Śluzek has declared that she has full capacity to perform legaltransactions, complies with the restrictions and bans on performingfunctions at companies' governing bodies and bans on competition,resulting from legal regulations, and has not been convicted of any ofthe offences listed in Chapters XXXIII-XXXVII of the Civil Code Act ofJune 6, 1997 (Journal of Laws of 1997 No. 88, item 553, as amended) andin Article 587, 590 and 591 of the Commercial Companies Code Act ofSeptember 15, 2000 (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1030, as amended).
