Dates of publication of periodic reports in the financial year ending 30 June 2017

The Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A. (the "Company") hereby releases the schedule of publication of its financial reports in the financial year 2017 commencing 1st July 2016 and ending 30th June 2017:

For the consolidated annual report for the financial year 2016 ("FY2016"), the date of publication shall be: 31st October 2016

For semi-annual consolidated report for the 1st half of the financial year 2017 ("1H FY2017") the date of publication shall be: 28th February 2017

For quarterly consolidated reports, dates of publication shall be the following:

1st quarter of the financial year 2017 ("1Q FY2017"): 29th November 2016

3rd quarter of the financial year 2017 ("3Q FY2017"): 30th May 2017
