The Management Board of APIS S.A. ("Company") with its headoffices inBiłgoraj, hereafter informs, that its Shareholder PrzedsiębiorstwoWielobranżowe APIS H.Oziębło - D. Oziębło Sp. J. sold on 19th of July2016 50.000.000 shares, which constitute 25,53 % of ordinary sharecapital of the Company at 2 grosze. Before the before mentionedtransction the Shareholder had 155.298.563 shares, which constituted79,3 % of ordinary share capital. After the transaction the Shareholderowns 105.298.563 shares of the Company, which constitute 53,77 % ofordinary share capital and voting rights.Henryk Oziębło - thePresident of the Management Board is also a coowner of PrzedsiębiorstwoWielobranżowe APIS H.Oziębło - D.
