Current Report No. 31/2016Date: 21 July 2016Legal basis of thereport: Article 70.3 of the Act on Public Offering - GSM list over 5% ofvoteTopic: List of shareholders holding at least 5% of the number ofvotes at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 21July 2016Content:The Warsaw Stock Exchange ("GPW") informs thatthe shareholders present at the GPW Ordinary General Meeting on 21 July2016 ("GPW OGM"), being the continuation of the proceedings started on22 June 2016, jointly held 38,180,674 votes. The shareholders which heldat least 5% of votes at GPW OGM were:• the State Treasury of theRepublic of Poland which held 29,376,940 votes equal to 76.94% of votesat the GPW OGM and 51.76% of the total vote,• ING Otwarty FunduszEmerytalny which held 2,000,000 votes equal to 5.24% of votes at the GPWOGM and 3.52% of the total vote.The total number of shares issued bythe Warsaw Stock Exchange is 41,972,000 and the number of votesconferred by the shares is 56,751,470.Legal basis: Article 70.3of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction ofFinancial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies of 29July 2005.
