The Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. ("the Company") herewithinforms that on 16th August 2016 the Company has received an informationthat the Member of the Supervisory Board of Arctic Paper S.A. Mr. RuneIngvarsson, resigned from his position in Supervisory Board of theCompany effective from 14th September 2016.

The resignation was justified with personal reasons.
