Subject: Admission and introduction of the Company'sshares to trading on the Frankfurt Stock ExchangeContentsof the report:

The Management Board of CIECH S.A., with a registeredoffice in Warsaw ("the Company") hereby announces that today theManagement Board of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Frankfurter Börse,"FSE") has taken decisions on admission as of 22 August 2016 andintroduction as of 23 August 2016 of all the shares of the Company inthe regulated market (Regulierter Markt) in the General Standardsub-segment of the FSE (the "Admission"). In connection with theAdmission, the Company has published on its website (http://ciechgroup.com/relacje-inwestorskie/ciech-na-gieldzie/ciech-na-gieldzie-we-frankfurcie/)the summary document in German and English language version.

Additionally, the Management Board of the Companyconfirms that the shares of the Company will at the same time be listedat the Warsaw Stock Exchange and at FSE (so called, dual listing). TheCompany published information on the intention of the admission andintroduction of the Company's shares to trading on the FSE in itscurrent report no. 27/2016 of 10 August 2016.
