In reference to Current Report no. 28/2016 of 12 August 2016, theManagement Board of ENERGA SA (“Issuer”) hereby reports that a break wascalled in the Bondholder Meeting for series A bonds coded by theNational Depository for Securities with the ISIN number PLENERG00014,admitted and introduced to trading on the regulated market in theCatalyst platform organized by BondSpot SA, maturing on 18 October 2019(“Bonds”), which was held on 19 September 2016 in the offices of theAllen & Overy, A. Pędzich sp. k. law firm located in Warsaw at Rondo ONZ1, room 2, floor 34, 00-124 Warsaw. The break was called pursuant toitem 3(d) of the Bondholder Meeting Bylaws forming Appendix 1A to the“Terms and conditions of the issue of series A bonds. The Meeting willresume on 29 September 2016 at 10.00 a.m., in the offices of Allen &Overy, A. Pędzich sp. k. at Rondo ONZ 1, floor 34, 00-124 Warsaw.
