Current Report No. 35/2016Date: 27 September 2016Legal basis:Article 56.1(2) of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodicinformationTopic: Polish Financial Supervision Authority approval ofchange on the Management Board of the ExchangeContent:Inreference to Current Report No. 18/2016 of 23 May 2016, the Warsaw StockExchange ("Exchange", "GPW", "Company") informs that today it has becomeaware that the Polish Financial Supervision Authority at its meeting on27 September 2016 approved change on the Exchange Management Board onthe appointment of Mr Michał Cieciórski as a Member of the GPWManagement Board.Furthermore, the GPW informs that the change on theExchange Management Board will take effect as of the date of delivery ofthe relevant decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority tothe Company.Legal basis: § 5.1(22) of the Regulation of the Ministerof Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic informationprovided by issuers of securities and on conditions under whichinformation required by legal regulations of a third country may berecognised as equivalent.
