The Management Board of ENERGA SA hereby reports preliminary estimatesof selected financial and operational data for Q3 2016:

EBITDA of the whole Group: PLN 439 million, including:

EBITDA of the Generation Segment: PLN 27 million,

EBITDA of the Distribution Segment: PLN 390 million,

EBITDA of the Sales Segment: PLN 36 million.

Gross production of electricity: 916 GWh.

Distribution of electricity: 5 265 GWh.

Sales of electricity (retail): 4 878 GWh.

The presented values are estimates and as such are subject to change.The interim report for Q3 2016 will be published on 14 November 2016.

According to Current Report No. 14/2016 of 18 April 2016, EBITDA isdefined as operating profit plus depreciation and amortization andimpairment losses for non-financial non-current assets.
