The Management Board of Photon Energy N.V. received a notification from Mr Clemens Wohlmuth.

The Management Board of Photon Energy N.V. informs that:

with respect to the purchase of 1,800,000 shares of Photon Energy N.V., having its seat at Barbara Strozzilaan 201, Amsterdam 1083 HN, the Netherlands, registered under number 51447126, Mr Clemens Wohlmuth holds a direct share in the capital of Photon Energy N.V. of 3.00% .

On 12 January 2015, Mr Clemens Wohlmuth entered into an agreement to acquire 1,800,000 shares at a price of PLN 0.30 per share from Solar Age Investments B.V. The total amount of the notified transaction is PLN 540,000. On 28 September 2016 those shares were transferred from Solar Age Investments B.V. to Mr Clemens Wohlmuths account.

Prior to the conclusion of the above mentioned transaction, Mr Clemens Wohlmuth held 29,187 shares in the Company.

As from 28 September 2016, Mr Clemens Wohlmuth holds 1,829,187 shares, which account for 3.05% of the Company’s share capital. The newly acquired shares entitle to casting 0 votes at the Company’s general meeting of shareholders, accounting for 0.00% of the total voting rights until 28 August 2019, and from 29 August 2019, entitle to casting 1,800,000 votes at the Company’s general meeting of shareholders, accounting for 3.53% of the total voting rights.

These 1,800,000 shares are not tradable until 28 August 2019 included.
