J. sold on27th of October 2016 2.000.000 shares, which constitute 1,02 % ofordinary sharecapital of the Company at 9 grosze. Before the beforementioned transction the Shareholder had 104.500.000 shares, whichconstituted 53,36 % of ordinary share capital. After the transaction theShareholder owns 102.500.000 shares of the Company, which constitute52,34 % of ordinary share capital and voting rights.HenrykOziębło - the President of the Management Board is also a coowner ofPrzedsiębiorstwoWielobranżoweAPIS H.Oziębło - D.
