Current Report No. 39/2016Date: 28 November 2016Legal basis ofthe report: Art. 17(1) of the MAR Regulation - Inside informationTopic:Extending distribution consortium of new GPW bonds seriesContent:Furtherto Current Report no 33/2016 of 25 August 2016 Giełda PapierówWartościowych w Warszawie ("GPW", "Company") informs that in accordancewith the recommendation of the members of the distribution consortium("Consortium"), created in a view of the planned issuance of GPW longterm bonds of a new series ("Bonds"), with a purpose to refinance thefloating interest rate bonds, ISIN code PLGPW0000033 issued by Company,which redemption date is scheduled for 2 January 2017, the GPWManagement Board has decided to extend the composition of Consortium oftwo more entities: Biuro Maklerskie Alior Banku S.A. and Dom MaklerskiPKO Banku Polskiego S.A.As a result, the Consortium includes: BankPekao S.A., Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A., Biuro Maklerskie Alior BankuS.A. and Dom Maklerski PKO Banku Polskiego S.A.The planned Bondsissue will be carried out pursuant to art 33(1) of the Act of Bonds of15 January 2015 and will be a public offering within the meaning of theAct on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction ofFinancial Instruments to Organised Trading and Public Companies of 29July 2005.The considered redemption date of the Bonds will be 5years from the issuance date. The considered interest rate type of theBonds will be floating interest rate. The considered nominal value ofthe issue will be PLN 120 million.Legal basis of the report:Art. 17(1) of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliamentand of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuseregulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliamentand of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/ECand 2004/72/EC ("MAR Regulation").
