The shareholder which held at least 5% of votes at GPW EGM wasthe State Treasury of the Republic of Poland which held 29,376,940 votesequal to 77.96% of votes at the GPW EGM and 51.76% of the total vote.Thetotal number of shares issued by the Warsaw Stock Exchange is 41,972,000and the number of votes conferred by the shares is 56,751,470.Legalbasis: Article 70.3 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governingthe Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, andPublic Companies of 29 July 2005.
