The Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. (the"Company") hereby informs that on November 30, 2016, it learned that theManagement Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE") adopted Resolution1270/2016 ofNovember 30, 2016 on admitting 63,283 C series ordinarybearer shares ("C Series Shares") of the Company, with a nominal valueof PLN 1.00 each, to trading on the primary WSE market under ordinaryprocedure on December 5, 2016.

The above-specified shares will be admitted to trading on December 5,2016, provided that on December 5, 2016, Krajowy Depozyt PapierówWartościowych S.A. registers these shares and marks them with codePLPHN0000014.

The above-specified shares have been issued under:

1. Resolution No. 3 of the General Meeting of Shareholders of theCompany of October 11, 2011 on conditional increase of share capital bythe amount of PLN 3,884,000.00 by issuing 3,884,000 C series ordinarybearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 1.00 each, and

2. Resolution No. 3 of the General Meeting of Shareholders of theCompany of April 16, 2012 on conditional increase of share capital bythe amount of PLN 469,000.00 by issuing 469,000 C series ordinary bearershares with a nominal value of PLN 1.00 each.

The C Series Shares are taken up as a result of exercising rights underthe Company's A and B series subscription warrants which are offeredfree of charge to those employees of Warszawski Holding Nieruchomości,Intraco, Budexpo and Dalmor who are entitled to take up shares in agiven company free of charge under Article 36 f. of theCommercialization and Privatization Act of August 31, 1996.
