The Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. (the"Company") hereby informs that on December 1, 2016, it received anannouncement from the Department of Operations of Krajowy DepozytPapierów Wartościowych S.A. ("KDPW") of December 1, 2016, informing thatin accordance with Resolution No. 679/13 of September 5, 2013 of theManagement Board of KDPW, 63.283 C series ordinary bearer shares of theCompany ("C Series Shares"), marked with code ISIN PLPHN0000014, will beregistered at KDPW on December 5, 2016.

The C Series Shares are taken up as a result of exercising rights underthe Company's A and B series subscription warrants which are offeredfree of charge to those employees of Warszawski Holding Nieruchomości,Intraco, Budexpo and Dalmor who are entitled to take up shares in agiven company free of charge under Article 36 f. of theCommercialization and Privatization Act of August 31, 1996.
