Consultation procedure regarding increase in the number of peopleincluded in the group layoffs in Agora SARegulatory filingInreference to the regulatory filing No. 23/2016 dated October 11th, 2016,the Management Board of Agora SA ("the Company") with its registeredseat in Warsaw informs that onDecember 6th, 2016, in accordance withthe provisions of the Act of March 13th, 2003 on Special Rules forTermination of Employment Contracts for Reasons Not Attributable toEmployees, passed a resolution to launch consultation procedureregarding increase in the number of people included in group layoffs inAgora S.A.In accordance with the principles set out in thetrilateral agreement of October 11th, 2016. concluded between Agora SA,trade unions (Organizacja Międzyzakładowa NSZZ "Solidarność" Agora S.A.i Inforadio Sp. z o.o.) and the Council of Employees of Agora SA ("theAgreement"), the reduction of employment in the Company would involve nomore than 135 people and was to be carried till December 31st, 2016. Theintention of the Management Board of Agora SA is to increase the numberof people covered by group layoffs from 135 to ca 190 employees in AgoraSA (9.6% of employees in the Company as on December 6th,2016).TheManagement Board of the Company on December 6th, 2016, shall request thetrade unions operating at the Company and the Company's works council tojoin in the consultation on group layoffs process and shall provide therelevant Labor Office with information on the intention to increase thenumber of people included in the group layoffs in the Company.Legalbasis: article 17, paragraph 1 of the Regulation of the EuropeanParliament and Council Regulation (EC) No. 596/2014 of April 16th, 2014on market abuse (Regulation on Market Abuse) and repealing Directive2003/6 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and theCommission Directive 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
