2016 annual report 20.03.2017

Consolidated 2016 annual report 20.03.2017

1-st quarter 2017 consolidated quarterly report 16.05.2017

1-st half 2017 consolidated quarterly report 28.08.2017

3-rd quarter 2017 consolidated quarterly report 13.11.2017

By this statement the Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. confirmsthat the Company will be submitting consolidated quarterly reportscontaining quarterly financial data as required under §83 section 1 ofthe Minister of Finance Regulation of 19 February 2009 on current andperiodic information provided by the securities issuers and conditionson which information required under law applicable in a state not beinga member state may be recognised as equivalent (Journal of Laws number33, item 259) ("Minister of Finance Regulation"). The Company will notpublish the separate individual semi-annual report in accordance with §83 section 3 of the Regulation.

The Company further confirms that, pursuant to §101 section 2 of theabove Regulation, it will not be publishing consolidated quarterlyreport for the 4-th quarter 2016 and consolidated quarterly report forthe 2-nd quarter of 2017.

§ 83 section 1 and 3 and § 103 section 1 of the Minister of FinanceRegulation of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic informationprovided by the securities issuers and conditions on which informationrequired under law applicable in a state not being a member state may berecognised as equivalent.
