The Management Board of Pfleiderer Group S.A. (the "Company"), herebyinforms that on December 23rd, 2016, the Company received from StrategicValue Partners, LLC the notification regarding the acquisition offinancial instruments relating to the shares in the share capital ofPfleiderer Group S.A. and the corresponding number of votes at thegeneral meeting of the shareholders of Pfleiderer Group S.A. entitlingthe holder thereof to acquire the shares in the future, including theright of the holder thereof to opt for the acquisition of shares as arepayment of receivables, as attached.
