Theshareholder which held at least 5% of votes at GPW EGM was the StateTreasury which held 29,376,940 votes equal to 78.98% of votes at the GPWEGM and 51.76% of the total vote.The total number of shares issuedby the Warsaw Stock Exchange is 41,972,000 and the number of votesconferred by the shares is 56,751,470.Legal basis: Article 70.3 ofthe Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction ofFinancial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies of 29July 2005.
