The value of the issue understood as the productof the number of the Bonds covered by the offering and the nominal priceof the Bonds was PLN 60,000,000.00.The nominal price was PLN 100.00per Bond. The issue price per Bond depended on the subscription date asfollows: (i) for subscriptions submitted on 2 January 2017 - PLN 99.88and (ii) for subscriptions submitted on 3 January 2017 - PLN 99.89.Subscriptionsfor the 600,000 Bonds in the offering were open from 2 January 2017 to 3January 2017. The offering was broken down into tranches. The Bonds wereallocated on 5 January 2017.1,197 subscriptions for 1,640,375 Bondswere submitted in the subscription period.The Company allocated600,000 Bonds to 1,197 Investors.The Company reduced thesubscriptions submitted from 2 January 2017 (Oversubscription Date) to 3January 2017 proportionately according to the terms of the Company'sprospectus approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF)on 29 November 2016. The average allocation rate of the subscriptionswas 36.6%, i.e., each subscription was reduced by 63.4% on average.Thetotal payments for the 600,000 allocated Bonds (gross receipts from theissue) will be PLN 59,929,019.67 (the Bond issue is expected to becleared on 5 January 2017).The Company did not enter into anunderwriting agreement for the Bond issue.Legal basis: Article17 (1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and ofthe Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation)and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of theCouncil and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and2004/72/EC ("MAR").
