Subject: Dates of submission of periodical reports in 2017Textof the report:CIECH S.A. ("the Issuer" or " the Company") herebyannounces the dates of submission of periodical reports in 2017.Quarterlyreports:- a consolidated report for the first quarter of 2017,extended by the abbreviated consolidated unit statement - on 16 May 2017;-a consolidated report for the third quarter of 2017, extended by theabbreviated consolidated unit statement - on 14 November 2017;Semi-annualreport:- a consolidated report for the first semi-annual period of2017, extended by the semi-annual abbreviated consolidated unitstatement - on 30 August 2017;Annual reports:- unit annualreport for 2016 - on 20 March 2017;- consolidated annual report for2016 - on 20 March 2017.Legal basis: par. 103 section 1 of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regardingcurrent and periodic information delivered by issuers of securities andon conditions of recognition of information required under non-memberstate law regulations as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33,item 259, as amended) (hereinafter: "the Regulation").Moreover,the Issuer informs that:- the consolidated quarterly reports will beextended to include the elements referred to in par. 83 section 1 of theRegulation, accordingly, pursuant to this law, no separate individualquarterly reports will be published;- the consolidated semi-annualreport will be extended to include the elements referred to in par. 83section 3 of the Regulation, accordingly, pursuant to this law, noseparate individual semi-annual report will be published;- pursuantto par. 83 section 7 of the Regulation, the annual management report onthe activities of the Issuer and the annual management report on theactivities of the Group will be drawn up as a single document;-pursuant to par. 101 section 2 of the Regulation, no quarterly report orconsolidated quarterly report for the last quarter of 2016 and for Q22017 will be published.
