On 6th of February, 2017, successfully completed the subscription for the newly issued shares of Eurohold Bulgaria AD.
The amount received from the subscribed and fully paid shares amounted to BGN 34,000,000 which represents 40.05% of the proposed rights. The lower limit, in order the subscription to be considered successful is 40% of the newly issued shares. The entire amount was paid by the major shareholder Starcom Holding AD.
The company's equity will be increased from BGN 127,000,000 to BGN 161,345,000. The next steps before listing on the stock exchange are related with registration the new issue in the Commercial Register, respectively in the Central Depository and in the Financial Supervision Commission.
