Notification under Article 19, paragraph 1, of Regulation (EU) №596 / 2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 and Notification of Major Shareholdings from "Starcom Holding"AD:

As a result of capital increase of "Eurohold Bulgaria"AD, with date of registration in Trade Register – 15 February 2017, the share of this shareholder was changed from 50.05% to 60.58% voting rights in the GMS of the company;

Notification of Major Shareholding from KJK II SICAV-SIF:

As a result of capital increase of "Eurohold Bulgaria"AD, with date of registration in Trade Register – 15 February 2017, the share of this shareholder was changed from 12.00% to 9.47% voting rights in the GMS of the company.
