POSTPONEMENT OF THE PUBLICATION OF THE CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL REPORT OF KDM SHIPPING FOR 2016

The Management Board of KDM Shipping Group ("the Company") informs that the Company received the information about technical problem with accounting systems in subsidiary of Company.

This reason makes the necessity of additional time for the auditors KPMG Limited work on Consolidated Annual Report. Due to the aforementioned, the publication of the Consolidated Annual Report of KDM Shipping for 2016 will be postponed until 31 May 2017.
