Subject: Opinion of the ENERGA SA Supervisory Board on distribution ofthe Company's net profit for the financial year 2016

The Management Board of ENERGA SA ("Company") hereby reports that on 29May 2017, the Company's Supervisory Board issued a positive opinion onthe Company Management Board's recommendation on distribution of theCompany's net profit earned in 2016. According to information in CurrentReport 22/2017 the Management Board recommended the followingdistribution of the 2016 net profit of PLN 783,542,643.96:

1)payment of a dividend to shareholders in the amount of PLN78,672,751.66, i.e. PLN 0.19 per share (10% of profit),

2)designation of profit in the amount of PLN 704,869,892.30 tosupplementary capital (90% of profit).

The Management Board's recommendation along with the opinion of theSupervisory Board will be submitted to the General Meeting, which willmake the final decision on the distribution of the Company's 2016 netprofit.
