The shareholder whichheld at least 5% of votes at GPW OGM were:• the State Treasury whichheld 29,376,940 votes equal to 76.74% of votes at the GPW OGM and 51.76%of the total vote,• Nationale Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalnywhich held 2,000,000 votes equal to 5.22% of votes at the GPW OGM and3,52% of the total votesThe total number of shares issued by theWarsaw Stock Exchange is 41,972,000 and the number of votes conferred bythe shares is 56,751,470.Legal basis: Article 70.3 of the Act onPublic Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of FinancialInstruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies of 29 July 2005.
