The Management Board of ENERGA SA hereby reports preliminary estimatesof selected financial and operational data for Q2 and H1 2017.

Financial and operational data for Q2 2017:

EBITDA of the Group: PLN 535 million, including:

EBITDA of the Distribution Segment: PLN 400 million,

EBITDA of the Generation Segment: PLN 73 million,

EBITDA of the Sales Segment: PLN 20 million.In Q2 2017, theGroup's EBITDA includes a gain on a bargain acquisition arising from thepreliminary settlement of the acquisition of a stake inPolimex-Mostostal S.A. in the amount of PLN 47 million.

Gross production of electricity: 1,039 GWh.

Distribution of electricity: 5,396 GWh.

Sales of electricity (retail): 5,047 GWh.

Financial and operational data for H1 2017:

EBITDA of the Group: PLN 1,136 million, including:

EBITDA of the Distribution Segment: PLN 930 million,

EBITDA of the Generation Segment: PLN 177 million,

EBITDA of the Sales Segment: PLN 11 million.

Gross production of electricity: 2,062 GWh.

Distribution of electricity: 11,019 GWh.

Sales of electricity (retail): 10,141 GWh.
