TheWarsaw Stock Exchange ("GPW") announces that today it has recalculatedthe estimated fee of the GPW Group ("GPW Group") covering the cost ofsupervision of the capital market exercised by the Polish FinancialSupervision Authority ("PFSA", "KNF") in 2017 on the basis of the ratesand correction factors published by the President of the PolishFinancial Supervision Authority in a communiqué of 30 August 2017.Theprovisionfor the annual fee of the GPW Group covering the cost of supervision ofthe capital market was set up at PLN 11.4 million for the year 2017 onthe basis of the maximum predicted statutory factors. Following therecalculation of the fee using the supervision cost adjustment factorand the correction factor published by PFSA, the estimated fee of theGPW Group is PLN 5.6 million in 2017. Consequently, the GPW Group willrelease ca. PLN 5.8 million of provisions in the Q3 2017 financialresults.Theannual fee covering the cost of supervision of the capital market duefor 2017 is payable by the GPW Group on or before 30 September 2017.
