Current Report No. 42/2017Date: 26 September 2017Legal basis: Article 56.1(2) of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic informationTopic: Polish Financial Supervision Authority approval of a change on the GPW Management BoardContent:In reference to Current Report No. 34/2017 of 19 June 2017, the Warsaw Stock Exchange (“Exchange", “GPW", “Company") informs that today it has become aware that the Polish Financial Supervision Authority at its meeting on 26 September 2017 approved the change on the Exchange Management Board concerning the appointment of Mr Marek Dietl to the Exchange Management Board as the President of the Exchange Management Board.Furthermore, the GPW informs that the above mentioned change on the Exchange Management Board will take effect as of the date of delivery of the relevant decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority to the Company.Legal basis: § 5.1(22) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
