The Management Board of ENERGA SA ("Company") has received informationthat on 6 October 2017, the District Court Gdańsk North, the 7thEconomic Division of the National Court Register registered amendmentsto the Company's Articles of Association adopted by resolutions nos.31-37 of the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 26 June 2017.

The amendments made to the Articles of Association in those resolutionswere published in the Current Report No. 27/2017 of 13 June 2017. Theconsolidated text of the Company's Articles of Association incorporatingthe amendments forms an attachment to this report.
