The Management Board of ENERGA SA hereby reports preliminary estimatesof selected financial and operational data for Q3 and 9M 2017.

Financial and operational data for Q3 2017:

EBITDA of the Group: PLN 500 million, including:

EBITDA of the Distribution Segment: PLN 412 million,

EBITDA of the Generation Segment: PLN 90 million,

EBITDA of the Sales Segment: PLN 13 million.

Gross production of electricity: 1 059 GWh.

Distribution of electricity: 5 446 GWh.

Sales of electricity (retail): 5 092 GWh.

Financial and operational data for 9M 2017:

EBITDA of the Group: PLN 1 643 million, including:

EBITDA of the Distribution Segment: PLN 1 341 million,

EBITDA of the Generation Segment: PLN 267 million,

EBITDA of the Sales Segment: PLN 24 million.

Gross production of electricity: 3 120 GWh.

Distribution of electricity: 16 465 GWh.

Sales of electricity (retail): 15 233 GWh.
