Contents of the report:

TheManagement Board of CIECH S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the"Company" or "Issuer") informs that today Standard and Poor's, a ratingagency, has withdrawn its corporate rating assigned to the Company. Therating has been withdrawn at the request of the Issuer.

At thesame time, the rating agency, Standard and Poor's, completed its finalassessment of the Company and confirmed that the long-term rating was"BB-" with a stable outlook. The Issuer informed about the assignment ofthe aforementioned rating in its current report no. 43/2015 of 25November 2015.
