On 4 January 2018, Eurohold Bulgaria AD received notifications according to article 145 of the POSA for change in the equity share in the public company, as follows:
On 28 December 2018, Specialized Logistic Systems AD increased its equity share in Eurohold Bulgaria AD to 5.06%, representing 9,989,467 rights of loud in the GMS. On 29 December 2018, Specialized Logistic Systems AD decreased its equity share to 4.98%, representing 9,831,467 rights of loud.
