The Warsaw Stock Exchange ("GPW", "Company") publishes the dates ofpublication of periodic reports in the financial year 2018.1. Annualreports:• Annual report for 2017 - 28 February 2018,•Consolidated annual report for 2017 - 28 February 2018.2.Consolidated quarterly reports:• Consolidated quarterly report forQ1 2018 - 27 April 2018,• Consolidated quarterly report for Q32018 - 30 October 2018;3. Consolidated report for H1 2018 - 31July 2018;GPW also represents that, pursuant to §83.1 of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current andperiodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditionsunder which information required by legal regulations of a third countrymay be recognised as equivalent ("Regulation"), will not publishseparate quarterly reports. Consolidated quarterly reports of the GPWGroup apart from condensed quarterly consolidated financial statementswill contain quarterly financial information of the Company.Inaddition, the GPW informs that it will not publish a consolidatedquarterly report for Q4 2017 or a consolidated quarterly report for Q22018 pursuant to the provisions of §102.1 and §101.2 of the Regulation.The Company will not publish a separate semi-annual report pursuant to§83.3 of the Regulation.Legal basis: § 103.1 of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current andperiodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditionsunder which information required by legal regulations of a third countrymay be recognized as equivalent.
