On 26th of February, 2018 WSE Management Board adopted Resolution No. 160/2018 on admission of all 36,180,600 shares from the last capital increase of EuroHold Bulgaria AD to trading on the WSE Main market. This Resolution enters into force on the date of its adoption. By the completion of this procedure, all 197,525,600 shares of the share capital of the company were admitted to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
