The Management Board of Pfleiderer Group S.A. (the "Company") herebyinforms that on 27 February 2018 Mr. Richard Mayer submitted theresignation from the Management Board of the Company. The resignation ofMr. Richard Mayer takes effect from 31 March 2018.
