The Management Board of Pfleiderer Group S.A. (the "Company") herebyinforms that on 27 February 2018 the Supervisory Board of the Companydecided to appoint Dr. Nico Reiner to the Management Board of theCompany as the Member of the Management Board (Chief Financial Officer).The appointment of Dr. Nico Reiner takes effect from 1 April 2018.

Dr. Reiner (born in 1969) graduated business administration at theUniversity Regensburg, Germany. He obtained PhD title at the HHL –Leipzig Graduate School of Management. Since 2014 Dr. Reiner has beenworking as the CFO of AL-KO Kober SE, Germany, a globally active companyspecialized in vehicle technology, garden technology and air technology.Dr. Reiner has been holding a position of Member of Management Board,CFO of holding company of AL-KO Kober Group. In a period 2005 – 2014 Dr.Reiner was working as the CFO, Member of the Executive Board of SchuecoInternational KG, a worldwide leading supplier of building envelopes,active in the market of windows, doors and facades. Earlier Dr. Reinerwas working on managerial positions for Droege & Comp. GmbH,International Management Consultancy.

Dr. Nico Reiner is not engaged in any activities competitive to thebusiness of the Company. He is not a partner in any partnership undercivil law or another type of partnership, or a member of a governingbody of an incorporated company or any other legal entity, which wouldconduct activities competitive to the Company's business. Dr. NicoReiner has not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtorsmaintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act.

This current report was prepared on the basis of Article 56 section 1item 2 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering, conditionsgoverning the introduction of financial instruments to organizedtrading, and public companies (consolidated text of 2016; OfficialJournal item 1639, as amended) in connection with § 5 section 1 item 22of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 oncurrent and periodic information to be published by issuers ofsecurities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of informationwhose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state(consolidated text of 2014; Official Journal item 133, as amended).
