Pursuant to art. 5, clause 1, item 21 of the Decree of the Minister ofFinance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic informationdisclosed by issuers of securities and the terms governing recognitionof information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalentinformation, the Management Board of Orange Polska S.A.("Company")informs about resignation of a supervising persons.

On March 21, 2018 the Company received two resignations: of Mr.Jean-Marie Culpin and Mrs. Valérie Thérond from their positions asmembers of the Supervisory Board of Orange Polska S.A. Both resignationshave been submitted with effect from the day of April 20, 2018.
