Contents of the report:

With reference to Current Report No. 11/2015 of26.05.2015, the Management Board of Ciech S.A. (the "Issuer" or"Company") herewith informs that the Supervisory Board of the Company -upon consideration of a recommendation by the Audit Committee - haspassed a resolution today on the extension of the agreement with theauditing company PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp. z o.o. with its registeredoffice in Warsaw to audit statutory financial statements of CIECH S.A.and consolidated financial statements of the Ciech Group for the years2018-2019. The Agreement will be concluded for the time necessary tofulfil the obligations arising therefrom.

The selection was made in accordance with § 21section 2 point 8) of the Articles of Association of the Company and inaccordance with the Policy and Procedure for Selecting an AuditingCompany to Audit the Statutory Financial Statements of CIECH S.A. andthe Consolidated Financial Statements of the CIECH Group, as well asapplicable regulations and professional standards.

PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp. z o. o. with itsregistered office in Warsaw at 14 Lecha Kaczyńskiego St., 00-638 Warsaw,is entered into the list of entities authorised to audit financialstatements under number 144.

The Company used the services ofPricewaterhouseCoopers Sp. z o. o. in the scope of audit and review ofseparate financial statements of CIECH S.A. and consolidated financialstatements of the CIECH Group for the years 2015-2017. During the sameperiod, PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp. z o.o. audited and reviewed financialstatements of some of the companies of the CIECH Group. In addition, theCompany used additional services provided by PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp.z o.o., the extent of which did not result in the limitation of thelevel of impartiality and independence of the auditor.
