approving the agenda of the General Meeting

§ 1

The General Meeting of the Company held on 23 April 2018 hereby approves the following agenda of the General Meeting:

• 1. Opening of the Extraordinary General Meeting.
• 1. Appointment of the Chairperson of the Extraordinary General Meeting.
• 1. Asserting that the Extraordinary General Meeting has been convened correctly and is

capable of adopting resolutions.

• 1. Adoption of the Agenda.
• 1. 1. Changes on the Management Board.
• 1. Passing a decision concerning the sale of shares of Aquis Exchange Limited.
• 1. Changes on the Supervisory Board.
• 1. Closing of the Extraordinary General Meeting.

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
