The Warsaw Stock Exchange ("GPW") informs that the shareholders presentat the GPW Extraordinary General Meeting on 23 April 2018 ("GPW EGM")jointly held 40,398,176 votes.The shareholder which held atleast 5% of votes at GPW EGM was the State Treasury, which held29,376,940 votes equal to 72.72% of votes at the GPW EGM and 51.76% ofthe total vote.The total number of shares issued by the WarsawStock Exchange is 41,972,000 and the number of votes conferred by theshares is 56,751,470.Legal basis: Article 70.3 of the Act onPublic Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of FinancialInstruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies of 29 July 2005.
