Subject: Dividend payout for 2017

Current Report no. 20/2018

The Management Board of Pfleiderer Group S.A. (the "Company") herebyannounces that on 11 June 2018 the Ordinary General Shareholders Meetingof the Company adopted a resolution concerning distribution of netprofit for the period from January 1st to December 31st 2017, providingfor the dividend payment for the Company's shareholders in the amount ofPLN 71,164,888.80 representing PLN 1.20 per Company' share. 59,304,074of the Company's shares are covered by the dividend. Company holds5,396,933 treasury shares. Pursuant to Article 364 Paragraph 2 of theCommercial Companies Code the Company shall not receive any dividends asthe holder of the above mentioned treasury shares.

Additionally, the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of the Companyset the following dates:

1) a dividend date (the date used to prepare the list of shareholderseligible to receive the dividend) is set for 17 June 2018, and

2) dividend payment date is set for 11 July 2018.

This report was prepared pursuant to § 19 Section 2 of the Regulation ofMinister of Finance on current and periodic information to be publishedby issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent ofinformation whose disclosure is required under the laws of a nonmemberstate, dated March 29th 2018 (Dz. U. 2018, item 757).
