The Management Board of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.("the Warsaw Stock Exchange", "GPW", "the Exchange" or "the Company")announces that on 12 June 2018 the GPW Supervisory Board approved "TheUpdated GPW Group's Strategy #GPW.2022" together with strategicinitiatives ("Strategy").The Updated GPW Group'sStrategy #GPW.2022 accepted by the Exchange Management Board andapproved the GPW Supervisory Board updates and elaborates activitiesdefined in the multiannual development and operational plan of theCompany contained in the "Warsaw Stock Exchange Group Strategy GPW.2020"presented on 30 October 2014.The financial targets of theCompany by 2020 published on 30 October 2014 have been maintained asfollows:• revenue CAGR of 7%• 2013 EBITDA to double by 2020•cost income 0.5• dividend payout rate > 60%It isthe aspiration of the GPW Group to develop a business model andoperating rules of the GPW Group in line with the best global standardsin order to improve the competitive position of the Group on theEuropean capital market. In addition, the GPW Group will play a greaterrole in the dynamic development of the Polish economy.The updateddevelopment strategy of the GPW Group is based on building shareholdervalue through the development of existing business lines and newsegments at sustained profitability levels combined with risk managementdiscipline.The strategy update focuses on four areas ofdevelopment of the GPW Group:• core business development•development through diversification and new business areas•development of new technological solutions• sustained attractivedividend policyThe development strategy of the GPW Group definesassumptions, goals and strategic activities in each development pillar,as well as specific initiatives to be implemented in the coming years.TheCompany announces that the strategic goals and assumptions are not aforecast or estimation of results including financial results; theysolely concern the expected directions of activity in the period2018-2020.A detailed description of the strategic initiatives forthe years 2018-2020 will be provided in a presentation to be released bythe Company at a conference on 27 June 2018.Legal basis: Article17 (1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and ofthe Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation)and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of theCouncil and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and2004/72/EC (EU Legal Journal L 173) ("MAR").
